This is my chore chart that I created in Illustrator and just sent to print for $20 to www.posterprintfactory.com. I hope it comes back looking good!
I honestly can't take it anymore. My children have gone stark raving mad these days. Getting into everything, whining over cookies and toys and blah blah blah constantly ALL. DAY. LONG.
I'm going crazy. ORDER is needed. Desperately. Please say this will work...
Please.
Rowan's new thing is to climb on to the countertops in the kitchen and rearrange whatever he can find/reach in my cupboards... It's making me crazy and when I tell him to stop, he calls me "stupid" or "poo-poo".
Sarah is far from potty trained, she will only pee for a cookie, and demands cookies all day long! She will refuse food to only eat cookies. And when you tell her no, she screams bloody murder until your eardrums pop.
Shelby... well, Shelby just does and follows the other 2 around like a monkey. She climbs, she screams, she is basically the mini-version of them both.
Can you tell it's been a long (I'd say COLD, but that just isn't true living in California) WINTER with sicknesses galore and children cooped up inside fighting fevers, ear infections, etc... and Mommy coughing up her lungs due to bronchitis.
Thank goodness, my angels/parents showed up in the knick of time before I really checked in to the funny farm, and stayed as long as they could remain healthy and the first signs of coughs and sore throats, they were outta there...
So, now I'm alone with 3 bratty kids and nothing but my computer and my brain to fight them with... so my attempt at some sanity will come in the mail, in 3-7 days high priority.
Let's pray this works!

All I can say is You are not alone my friend!!!
Responsibility will be harder at first but absolutely pay off. And that is the cutest chore chart I've seen. Certainly beats out my sloppy, wavy lined, penciled in chore charts!
good luck! And I'm with you! I'm SO ready for spring!
Oh Kristy I so feel your pain! I am an organized order freak, but having 4 kids and one on the way it is the only way to go. Each of my kids have a chore chart that they must do everyday and they all do it with no problems or complaints! It took a little while to get into the habit but things are so good now. Plus I promise it gets easier as they get older! Hadley is such a good helper and so responsible! Give it a little time and it will work. Not saying always cuz some days I still am going crazy! As they get a little older this is the chore chart I copied.

I love that I can change their chore as needed and they love that they can easily move them from one side to the other and get everything done! Plus they were way fun to make! Hang in there, it will get better and GOOD LUCK!
are you serious?! I didn't even know you were sick! hang in there! such a great chore chart and i hope it brings some order. :) i'm sure it will help tons when you can get out of the house! i'm so sorry! you're brave and awesome and not stupid, or a poo poo :) love you and feel better soon! :)
Hi Kristy! For some reason I can't see your chore chart on my computer and I was so excited about this post bc I've been wanted to make one myself! Can you email me it by chance? I would love to see your ideas! I have no clue why I can't see it on your blog? michelle@momentsbymichelle.com. Let me know! Thanks so much!
