still babies

This has been bedtime routine when Mark is home late as I am too tired and bulky to wrestle them into their jammies... So, Rowan takes over Sarah's crib and they have a binky jumping match together.  I'm amazed at how little they are in just diapers although the time just seems to fly by so fast, they really are growing up right before my eyes.

Rowan's new "CHEESE" face.  Thanks to my Mom, these kids LOVE the camera.

Although you can tell it's past Sarah's bedtime, she has a little "dazed-I'm-just-along-for-the-ride" look in every picture.

She is calling out for help with those tired eyes.

Rowan hasn't been a binky man since he was ONE.  But now that he plays the "I'm just like Sarah" game, he likes to have one too.  And, switch his every minute or so with Sarah.  Sometimes, he likes pink, sometimes green.

Guess he's sticking with pink.  It is his favorite color right now.  I'm not lying.  Everything has to be pink... his cup, spoon, bowl, plate.  Good thing he'll have 2 sisters!  Pink is going to take over his world.

And, the crying begins.  She's more than ready to get rid of this crazy brother and get some sleep!

Yep, he's really gone. 

And, although there are days when I wish and long for them to be just a few years older (just to communicate better, sit at the table for longer than 30 seconds without throwing food everywhere, pick up their own toys, go potty in the toilet....) I LOVE how much they make me laugh, how delicious their cheeks are to kiss, and how life is just enriched to it's fullest because they are here.
