So my mom finally got all my pictures done! Well, sort of... she emailed me my favorites and thus I have pictures for the blog! But sadly, none of the cake... (no worries, Meg... it's coming I promise). So enjoy a few from the professional:

Finishing that 10K (I was #8 of 18 and placed 13th... very proud of myself for not coming in last!)

My wonderful running friends!! Jonette (#7) and Casey (#124) ~ mother-daughter and so much fun! Casey dated my brother Kendal in high school and while he was on his mission, then when they broke up she moved to UT and her and I used to go to church every Sunday together and hang out. She is such a fun girl. I miss my friends in Idaho!! Jonette has ran several marathons and is running a big one this month - Mesa Falls Marathon. She amazes me!! I hope to be running when I'm her age and would love to be as fast as she is!! She is awesome - it was a blast running with them.
This is my brother, Kendal. He plays in a band called Airlift and they are awesome! They won 3rd place at "Battle of the Bands" which we went to see when all my family was in town. It's always fun to hear him play. He's an amazing guitarist. When I started playing at Ricks, I came home and taught him a few chords... well that was 10 years ago and now this kid rocks like a professional!! He seriously practices an hour every day... he plays with such ease that it seems effortless... His band is really really good. I'm super impressed how well they play and the great songs they write. Too bad they didn't get first place! But apparently at these small venues, favoritism wins out and the same band has won first place every year... and the judges have stayed the same... silly small town stuff. Well, it hasn't stopped their popularity! They play every weekend practically and have a small following of groupies!

Rowan really enjoyed his time in Idaho... I mean really. That kid was more spoiled than I could have imagined. He can't even walk yet, but my dad is promising to buy him a motorcycle, among other "toys"... everytime someone ate something yummy, Rowan got to sample it! And, he got more attention than any person ever, I think... serious paparazzi following (i.e. his grandma and grandpa!)

Here is my Aunt Karleen, Grandma Mary, me and cousin Tracy. It was such a fun weekend with all of them. We are such a girlie family (my mom's side especially... more girls than boys, opposite for my dad's side - we girls are soo outnumbered there!) and I loved being close to them all again.

Cousin Cassandra and her mom Mel, seriously the funnest girls ever. They live in Portland and I love them dearly! Wish we could see them more... (Mom's brother Ron's family)

My mom always snaps the best shots of us!

My cousin Heather and her new baby, Izabelle. So cute! Check out her
blog...

The Welkers! (Mom's family...) Uncle Jerry, his daughter Heather, Grandma, me & my Mom
Ok, switch families now! These are the Anderson (Dad's side) grandkids.... Tyson & Mikaya, Ryker holding Hunter Rocket Hotlava (names given to him by his big brothers), Talon & Rowan (all are my uncle Roger's - Dad's brother - grandkids). They are so cute! Rowan loved playing with them... you can see he's in his jammies and should be in bed (it doesn't get dark there in the summer til around 10 pm, so I know it doesn't seem late, but it's around 9 there) but he was lovin' being around all those kids and getting to stay up late and play!
Grandma Karen not wanting to say good-bye.... Thanks, Mom for such a great trip and taking all the great pictures, and downloading/converting/sending them so fast! We loved every second of being in Idaho with you. Love you lots.

Hey! Good job once again about the race. I so loved how you wanted to beat the lady with the stroller. Thats pretty funny. And you did! Totally awesome! It sure sounds like you have tons of family! How fun! It's always fun to get together with so much family.
Kristy - I just barely got your comment! Whoops. I definitely remember Lisa Porter and I miss Dori! So fun that you got to see them. I've seen Vinny a couple times... well, not since 2004! Do you remember Summer? I have a link to her blog on mine... she has 3 boys now! I really only talk to Mikelle, but I also email Jenny Karp (JenHo) every once in awhile as well. An Outback reunion would be fun... and maybe a little scary?? :) I'm going to add you to my links if you don't mind. That little Rowan is too cute.
Hi, Kristy! Cute blog! Besides the darling pics, I LOVE your wallpaper. I'm going to tackle the HTML in mine over the weekend, using your directions...thanks again...
You are so lucky to have a photographer in the family...even if she wants to torture me with 'possible' pics of the mirror-lake cake.
Your mom takes great shots! What a fun time in Idaho! Did your brother win 3rd in "Battle of the Bands" at Ricks? I went to Ricks and totally remember Battle of the Bands! I sadly kind of miss Rexburg at times!
