CORRECTION! Race Results...2:08:01
I did the race in 2 hours 8 minutes! I just got the results from the website. My pace was 9:46 per mile (I know I slowed at the end, because I was at a 9 minute pace until about mile 10, then I really slowed down...those last 3 miles were a killer) I placed 48th in my division, out of 93. Apparently, my age group women 30-34 is the most competitive! I'm so proud of my friends that ran the race with me! They all did so well! April placed 3rd in her division (25-29) with a 7:42 minute pace. She is amazing! Suzanne placed 19th in our division and ran an 8:36 minute pace. SO AWESOME! Christy placed 34th in our division with a 9 minute pace! We all did so well, and I'm so proud of us! Great job to Suzanne, April, & Christy! You guys are so amazing!

Good for you guys!!! And next time I run a half, I will definately run a different one than that CRAZY Camp Pendleton one I chose! (What a moron!) Doesn't it feel so good to be done?

Nathan here - Kristy!! I am so proud of you. What a great accomplishment to get your first 1/2 marathon done. Next on the docket a marathon, right??!! Keep up with the running - hopefully we can make it out there to run with you someday!
