Rowan started his PLAYGROUP 2 weeks ago and we had the pleasure of hosting both weeks at OUR house! Seriously, these kids are just darling and while I don't think I'll ever start up a daycare, we had the BEST time! The first week was a little "playgroup break-in" (sorry no pictures, a little too chaotic!) lots of toys, a little crying, and some big messes. This past week though, I decided to break out our fantastic TOYS R US pools for $2 & $3 (that's right, what you are about to see cost all of 5 bucks)... hours of toddler fun!

the 4 inches of water mixed with colorful balls & the very popular HOSE (which was on the entire time, the lawn/bushes got their summer's fill of watering) kept these little busy bodies "busy" for most of the 2 hours!
need I say more.
wrapped up in their little towels eating grapes was the highlight!
After 2 very fun weeks of entertaining 2 year olds, I have to admit - While Rowan is having all the fun, I am looking forward to my 2 hours next week to get my long awaited pedicure.
on a side note, I sold my Rebel!! I do miss it, only because I don't have a camera now (currently on a waiting list for the 50D and using my Mom's 20D right now...) I've had fun playing around with my "new" camera (thanks, Mom!) using my Mac... this is my first post using this computer, and I must say - it's definitely easier. (After struggling for an hour figuring out how to cut & paste the photos, but I got it now, pretty easy!) Just don't look too closely at Sarah's spit up :)

Great idea on the $5 pools for the kiddos they obviously loved it!!! Your little Sarah is so precious! I'm excited to you to get your break and get a pedicure, its well deserved!
Oh that looks like so much fun. Bummer you sold your camera and miss it. Anyways, sounds like Rowan is having a blast! And that little Sarah she is a doll! :) Love and miss you guys! :)
OH my gosh, Mia would LOVE that! Wish we lived closer so she could join your play group. So you had a Cannon Rebel? That's what I have and LOVE it :) What's a 20D or 50D? Is that the professional version? Beautiful pics of Sarah by the way. Do you use photoshop at all?

Cute pictures of all the kiddos. Still can't believe you took on that task of having all of them by yourself. You made it through and they all had a blast and you even were nice enough to include your little 'ole neighbor!! Enjoy your Tuesday mornings for many weeks to come, well deserved!
