what's the fascination with bags and what's in them? i always leave my bag (i finally ditched the diaper bag, whew - and bought the cutest bag from target to combine purse goods w/baby goods) on the floor next to the table in the dining room... well, not anymore - he's discovered it and makes a b-line for it whenever he sees it and proceeds to dump out it's contents on the floor and sift through it like it's a bag of treasures!
but today, he figured out how to unsnap my wallet! he pulled everything out if it, my driver's license (which is hard to get out even for me!) credit cards, then the cash... it was everywhere (all $7 of it)
he's so serious about it, almost as if he knows how great money is when you have a little of it to spend! like the $10 my grandma just sent for his birthday, so sweet. we are going to toys r us tomorrow for his birthday to spend it!
growing up so quickly!! one year ago exactly (on a monday night) i was about 45 minutes from delivering this crazy monkey (all 9 lbs of him!) and thus begin our new life of toys, teething, and trucks! so excited for his birthday tomorrow!! can't believe it's here already...

He's so cute! And he's 1 already? That is just crazy! Berkley loves playing with my wallet too! She pulls all my cards out and near lost my credit card last week! What is the fascination? So funny! OK- that is such a small world about Shelly! Her and Bryan were in the same neighborhood growing up! She is great. Her kids could not be cuter! If she ever comes down, we will all have to get together! I didn't know you ever lived in AZ! Yes- please let me know when we can get together... I just read how you are working a few days a week so you let me know when your schedule frees up! Talk soon!
